Our aim is to provide an unparalleled level of service to each client, no matter how big or small their project may be.

Robert Mitelhaus
Founder & Broker
Robert grew up in Wichita, KS having attended College Hill, Roosevelt and Southeast High Schools. He then moved to California to go to Talbot Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Master of Theology (ThM). He taught at Grace Community Church for approximately 20 years and at Masters University for 2 years.

While he was teaching, over the next 40 years, he owned a fundraising company, 12 restaurants (Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, Dairy Queen, Quizno's, Chico's Tecate Mexican Grill, Gourmet Pizza Cafe), a printing company, a franchise consulting company and was an Area Developer for numerous franchise companies.

Robert was also either Vice President or President of numerous franchise companies such as Gourmet Pizza Cafe, Winchell's Donuts and Love's BBQ. He was also the Vice President, for the Western half of the U.S., for Prudential Commercial Real Estate (PRUCRES). He was also in the top 1% of all agents nationally for Prudential in 2004 and 2005.

Robert was project manager for a 965 acre commercial development and a 93 acre residential development, in charge of the Environmental Impact Report, fire safety, oak tree placement, road and highway development, sewer placement, wildflower and endangered species as well as many other aspects required in large developments in California.
Robert is on the Board of Brookes Bible College.
Robert is currently a licensed broker in California and Kansas.
Robert founded HAUS CRIS for the sole purpose of serving those who are in need of direction and assistance in the areas of residential, commercial and investing in real estate. He currently has invested in numerous residential and commercial properties in Wichita. He is also franchising a local Wichita company with the intent of taking it, first regionally then nationally.

Austin McBeth
Real Estate Agent
Austin was a two-sport athlete at Iowa State University (point guard and quarterback) which required a tireless work ethic and the ability to do things with excellence. He works just as hard for every one of his clients as he did in honing his skills in two different sports. Playing two different sports, which have completely different mind sets and focuses, have allowed him to grasp the differences between residential and commercial real estate. The complexities and analysis required in selling businesses, understanding the intricacies of 1031 Exchanges, negotiating the different types of leases and knowing how to be a strength and support to his clients -- whether it be in purchasing or selling land, industrial, office, residential or retail properties. He thrives and loves solving every situation and problem that comes up, and presenting the best outcome for his clients.
He was also the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Friends University for 2 years. The same coaching skills he has used for 11 years, as an assistant coach and head coach, are the ones he uses to, not only guide his clients in understanding real estate, but also educate them so they know why they are making the decisions they are making and not simply making an emotional decision that might come back to haunt them in the future.
Being a collegiate head coach meant he had to grasp what was important to the individual and assist that individual to attain what it was they wanted to accomplish. The same skill set is what he brings to assisting his clients in securing the home of their dreams, the correct analysis of an investment opportunity and securing the best lease for their business.
He has 11 years of recruiting experience and has developed a process of vetting, cold calling and evaluating to find what the buyer is looking for. It is a constant process of asking a lot of questions and actually "hearing" what it is they are communicating and saying.
He thrives in environments where networking and relationship building is important. "I work very hard to build the trust needed to assist every client in their real estate goals."

Cameron McBeth
Real Estate Agent
Cameron was raised in Wayland, Iowa with his brother Austin. He attended Evangel University graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Film & Broadcasting.
After graduating from college, he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he worked as a personal trainer. As a personal trainer, he learned to foster a positive client experience by tailoring programs to his clients goals and needs. He also learned invaluable communication skills and how to provide a top-notch experience for anyone he works with. Each of these skills transfer and translate to the world of real estate very well. "Serving the client, meeting their needs, and assisting them to reach their goals, is my greatest joy."
After working as a trainer, Cameron transitioned to working for a client management software company (Dubsado) as the Director of Product Education.
During his time at Dubsado, Cameron continued enhancing his skills for client experience, and learned B2B business processes, optimizing companies’ standard operating procedures, marketing, and social media. He has a passion for education and delivering the utmost quality and care in all that he does.
While living in California, Cameron met and married his wife Alyse, and they have a son named Judah.
After 7 years of living in Los Angeles, Cameron and his family moved to Wichita, KS to be closer to family, raise all of their children together, and pursue a career in real estate with his brother.
Cameron brings tremendous marketing skills and expertise to the table that is sure to translate quickly into the real estate space.
